The ICRC provides local cable programming for 27 communities in the Greater Cincinnati area. These programs that range from City Council meetings to High School Sports to Parades and Concerts can be seen on channels 4,8, 15, 17, 18, 24 on the Time Warner system. Bryan is a Technical Specialist. His main responsibilities include setting up for council meeting coverage, equipment maintenance and repair as well as wiring and installations.
